2. Visiting this website
This website uses no cookies, analytics, advertising or embedded third-party content. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
To deliver the site and protect it against abuse, our hosting provider Cloudflare necessarily processes technical data such as your IP address, the page requested, date and time, and browser information. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use this data to identify you.
3. Emails, phone calls and WhatsApp
When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we process the information you choose to share: usually your name, contact details and details of your project. We use it only to answer you and, if you ask, to prepare a quote.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); for enquiries made on behalf of a business, our legitimate interest in answering business contacts (Art. 6(1)(f)). If you become a customer, we process your data to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and to meet our accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Recipients and transfers
We never sell your data or use it for third-party marketing. It is processed by our service providers: Cloudflare (hosting and security), our email provider and, for customers, our accountant. We also disclose it to authorities where the law requires. If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited under its own terms and privacy policy.
Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the United States. Transfers to Cloudflare rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, and on the Commission's standard contractual clauses. Any other transfer outside the European Economic Area is covered by equivalent safeguards. You can ask us for a copy.
5. How long we keep data

Accounting records: 7 years (Belgian Code of Economic Law), and up to 10 years where tax law requires. We do not keep website request logs ourselves.
